2. Digital Product Refund Policy

Our products are primarily non-tangible, digital goods (software, licenses, subscriptions), and as such, all sales are final. However, we do offer refunds under certain conditions:

Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The software product is defective or unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payments).

  • The product was not delivered, and no download/access was possible.

  • The product was purchased more than once accidentally.

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • Free return shipping

  • Restocking fee may apply, based on conditions

  • No final sale items


3. Refund Requests

  • Your full name

  • Your order or invoice number

  • A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund

  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Subscription Services (SaaS)

  • All monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time on a subscription.


5. No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind or user error

  • Incompatibility with your system or environment (please check system requirements before purchasing)

  • Failure to read product documentation

  • Services that have already been rendered

  • Promotional or discounted purchases


6. Exchanges or Software Replacements

If you received a faulty or corrupted download, we will provide a replacement copy or corrected version at no additional cost. Please contact support at pssjamaica@gmail.com.
